WHAT TO BRING.

WHAT THE FIRST SESSION LOOKS LIKE.
You'll do a body scan, train with a coach in a small group, and finish with a short sit-down about your goals. About an hour. It's an assessment, not a test.
WHAT IF I'M OUT OF SHAPE?
Most people who start here are. That's the whole reason we scan first — so the coach knows exactly where to start you instead of guessing.
WILL ANYONE PUSH ME TOO HARD?
No. The coach watches your form and pulls back when you need it. The whole point of small groups is personalized attention.
WILL I BE PRESSURED TO SIGN UP?
No. At the end we'll show you what training here would look like and what it costs. Whether you do it is entirely your call.
